Roulette is a game played in the chat room, run by a Chat Monitor.
Players pick any number, if that number comes out 1st, the player wins a certain amount of
money, if the number is called in 2-5 calls the player wins a smaller amount of money, and
if the number is called after the 5th call the player wins a very small amount of money if they
type in (((ROULETTE AND IN X NUMBERS CALLED)). The first player to type this in wins.
