Mystery Neighbours is a game played in the chat room, run by a chat monitor.
When a player successfully claims Bingo, using the last number called and adding that number together
(i.e. O66=6+6=12) then count that many up and down on the chat list from the winner's
position to get the mystery neighbour who also win.
