Lucky Dauber is a game played in the chat room, run by a chat monitor.
The first player to successfully claim Bingo gets the dauber. Subsequently, whenever
another player successfully claims Bingo, that player gets the dauber and the Chat Monitor adds
a small amount to the jackpot. At the end of the time set for the Lucky Dauber game, the player
holding the dauber (last player to successfully claim Bingo) wins the jackpot. It is not possible
to join this halfway. I wonder why not? :-)
