A pattern where you must cover the numbers in the shape of a bar on your card. If you
get those numbers, you win. This pattern has a Static version, Moving version and a
Crazy version. The Static version can be on any 2 connecting lines as long as the pattern
does not shift during the game. If it does, it is no longer a Static Pattern but becomes
a Moving Pattern.
